What an INCREDIBLE day to say the least!!!
I managed to find out that Charley Boorman (the other half of Ewan McGregor’s series ‘The Long Way Down and The ‘Long Way Round’ was in Sydney and organising what turned out to be a MASSIVE motorbike convoy from Freshwater Beach up to Frazers Beach near The Entrance on the central coast. I just wanted to say i felt as lucky as you on friday 22nd May 09 i met Charley in Maryborough, Qld and he even took thr time to sign my 2003 BMW Dakar….thank you Charley! I just wanted to get on my bike and go for a ride with him, he is so inspirational. Good on ya Charlie, come back soon (and ride around Oz)
