Today we celebrated Mummy’s 40th Birthday. We were asbolutely blessed with amazing weather! For this time of year it is unseasonably warm. We had clear blue skies and 25 degrees! Wasn’t the greatest start to the day as William woke up at 5:15am after having a nightmare and then had a few tantrums after that, he didn’t really go back to bed! We gave Mummy a hoyts movie voucher for two, some sunglasses, two tickets to see Ghost the Musical, some flowers and also a beautiful ring from Pandora! After we dropped William at daycare (nice relief!) the three of us ventured down to the magnificent Boathouse at Shelly Beach where we had a yummy champagne breakfast. Toby was a delight and wowed other guests at the restaurant with his cuteness. After that we went to the Mall and attempted to return Nattie’s sunnies which weren’t quite what she was after and a bit of other shopping. We then came home to give Toby some down time, and were spoilt by Sonia who came down to look after Toby while Nattie and Geoff went to lunch (Japanese) at Dee Why. It was a beautiful day. Nattie – we love you very, very much. 40 is the new 30 sweetheart.
