This October Long weekend Geoff took an ADO on the Friday so we could make a 4 day weekend and get away to the NSW South Coast near Ulladulla to the Burrill Lake Big4. We weren’t dissapointed when we found loads to do for Will including a jumping pillow, awesome flat grounds to learn to master his pedal bike (with no training wheels), a few jetty’s on the lake’s edge to watch other people fishing, lorikeet bird feeding, Cockatoos that could say ‘Happy Birthday’, pelicans fishing and open space to fly his kite.
We were fortunate with the weather, although on Saturday it was really very windy – we were thankful to Noni and Jim as they’d recently bought us long heavy duty tent pegs. Without them we would’ve been stuffed.
We still haven’t used the inside grill, at be or oven as we utilise the Weber BBQ outside. It was a long way but very worth it.
Next we are off to Karuah Jetty Big 4 with Trine, Dan and Patrick Norris. Cannot wait.
