We I have been pretty busy and so haven’t kept up with all Toby’s milestones so will attempt to bring it up to speed now!!
Toby is walking/running, recently climbing anything he can including the lounge, ladder shelf and onto Will’s bed to play!!
He has a mouth full of teeth- about 12 now I think!! He is a happy little chappy and is very resilient with an older more bossy and rough brother!! He really does get roughed around a lot though rarely causes a fuss, just gets up and on his way… he is actually learning to get cranky and that makes Will leave him alone..
He loves to play and his live is FOMO(Fear Of Missing Out) as he always wants to do what the big kids are doing.. climbing big stairs/ladders, long slippery dips, swim by himself and pretty much anything that is daring and dangerous!!
He is still having 2 naps a day at 10am and 2pm though that is reducing and so will probably move to one soon enough… he also still loves his milk and LOVES dummies, sleeps with 2 dummies and is having 3 bottles before sleeps!! He squeals with excitement to see his dummy!!
He is speaking more.. words such as daddy, mummy, car, Ta, oh ooooh, truck, gone, yuck… he is pretty good as repeating what you say though with sound.. it sounds so similar!!
He loves dogs and animals generally with no fear will play with them and let them lick him etc…
He recently hit his head in the bath when he fell causing a lac to his left eye that required a trip to Manly ED… hours later we were home and his eye was glued!! Healing well now thankfully as that tested mummies nerves!!
He has no issues with putting away the food!! He loves food and there is not much he doesn’t like though in the last few weeks am noticing he isn’t eating as much and is spitting some things out.. seems to have an aversion and welt reaction to avocado recently when camping though all else seems fine!!
He LOVES grapes and corn cobs the most currently..
He is a little kisser and snuggler!! He is very affectionate and LOVES his daddA like nothing else, goes crazy when he sees him and he likes to be with poppy too… preferring them both over mummy at times!! He is a boys boy…but mummy still gets plenty of love from her baby…💙💙💙💙💙
Toby started daycare at OAC freshwater in September 2016 at 11months and he LOVES it.. he has not cried once when we leave, has a great day with his friends but is always happy to see us in the afternoon!! He is in the tiny tots class and always comes home a mess!!
He enjoys the outdoors and camping too, is very social and will interact with anyone.. a very sweet little man and very adorable too!!
