We ended up telling Will yesterday that mummy had a baby growing in her tummy.. he has been so sweet and cuddling my belly and saying "the baby is cuddling me"…
He wants it to "pop out", we have been reminding him it has to grow big and strong which means he will see mummy's belly growing for months yet and then when the baby is healthy and strong it will come out..
He has asked how it will get out? Saying will the doctor cut it out? I just agreed but he was worried that they would cut the baby.. I assured him that won't happen.
Thankfully he hasn't asked how it got in my belly?!!
He has told the family this news but haven't heard him share it with anyone else as yet.. I think as he is a little older he is going to be a big helper and be very endearing to the baby.. Toby on the other hand will probably not be bothered one way or the other!! Haha…
